Her geçen gün PCB (prototip circuit board) ler ve elektronik sistemler daha kompleks yüksek teknolojili hale gelmekte, daha etkili ve doğru test metotları gelişmesi gerekmektedir.

ATE Sistemleri; el değmeden, elektronik kart veya cihazın tamamını test edip, simülasyonunu yaparak malzeme bazında arızayı belirleyebilmektedir.

Test Mühendisliğinin en üst noktasında bulunan ATE Mühendisliği (TPS Belirleme Uzmanlığı), test ederken olabilecek hataları ortadan kaldırmakta ve çok kritik elektronik kart, cihaz veya sistemleri sıfır hata ile test edebilmektedir. Günümüzdeki en üst test tekniklerinin hepsini kullanarak sisteminize özel çözümler sunmaktadır.

Seri üretim sonrası, endüstriyel, askeri ve medikal tüm hassas ve kritik elektronik sistemlerin testi için vazgeçilmez en ideal cihazlardır.

It is a Combinational - Mixed Signal Test System with the addition of Boundary Scan Test for Latest generation of Chips. It has Card Edge Functional Test for both digital and analog, In-Circuit Functional Test for Localized test of Individual devices including LSI / VLSI / Memory and Microprocessors. It also incorporates an Advanced QSM VI with user definable wave pattern.
